Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account identifiers: the principal ID and agent IDs your agent registers with, and the spending limits you set.
• Orders and balance: the plans bought, prices, eSIM delivery details and status, refunds, and a record of every balance change.
• Payment confirmations: when you top up on the PayPlus hosted page, we receive the transaction reference, amount, currency and status. We do not receive or store card numbers or security codes.
• Technical data: IP address, request time and user agent in server logs, used for security and rate limiting.
• Messages to us: the email or phone details you send when you contact us.

Why we use it

To provide the Service (deliver eSIMs, run the balance, give refunds), to prevent fraud and abuse, to keep the accounting records the law requires, and to answer you.

Who receives it

• PayPlus, our payment provider, processes top-up card payments under its own privacy policy.
• Our eSIM provider receives the order details needed to issue an eSIM (plan, order reference).
• Our hosting provider (Fly.io, Frankfurt) stores the Service's data.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep order and balance records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax, and server logs for a limited period needed for security.
