Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Quartermaster store (the “Service”), operated by Dvir Mimon, Exempt dealer (עוסק פטור), Israel (“we”, “us”).

1. The Service

We sell prepaid eSIM data plans for travel. The Service is operated through AI agents that act for a customer (the “principal”). By using the Service, or by allowing an agent to use it for you, you accept these terms.

2. Agents and limits

An agent buys within a spending mandate set by the principal. The principal is responsible for the agent's purchases made within its mandate and for keeping its keys secret. We may revoke an agent or freeze a balance to prevent fraud or abuse, or when a payment is reversed by the payment provider.

3. Prepaid balance

The balance is funded by card payments made on the hosted page of our payment provider, PayPlus, and is held in US dollars. It is used only to buy plans from the Service. It is not a bank account, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another person. If a payment is cancelled, refunded or charged back, we remove the corresponding credit; if it was already spent, the shortfall is a debt that must be settled before further purchases.

4. Plans, delivery and compatibility

Each plan's data allowance, validity, destinations and price are shown before purchase. Plans are delivered digitally. You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM, is unlocked, and that the plan covers where you travel. Coverage, speed and network quality depend on local mobile networks and are not guaranteed.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Top-ups may be charged in another currency (for example Israeli shekels) at the amount shown on the payment page before you pay. We may change prices at any time. The price charged is the price in your quote; if the plan's price has gone up since the quote, the purchase is refused.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service unlawfully, to defraud us or others, to interfere with it, or to resell plans in breach of the law. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by mobile networks, devices or third parties, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are for the competent courts in Israel, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
